December 17, 2019 Walking Tour to Thonburi

Today we went to Kanlayanamit Temple, Museum, Church, Mosque

Our walking tour to the Thonburi area demonstrates how the Thai people have been tolerant of other cultures.

Today we saw how the Thai Buddhist, Tao Buddhist, Christians and Muslims lived together in peace. They lived and worked in the Santa Cruz community and built places of worship. Choices were respected and tolerated. Today was a good reminder how different cultures CAN live Peacefully in community.
