July 29th is National Thai Language Day
The day of 29th July is observed every year in Thailand as National Thai Language Day or “วันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ” July 29 was picked as National Thai Language Day to commemorate the King Bhumibol Adulyadej (King Rama 9) private visit to Chulalongkorn University to join experts on the Thai language in a discussion on problems with using Thai words.
To celebrate and honor the language of Thailand Phasorn Language School have selected students to receive a gift of appreciation. These students were chosen because of their commitment to studying and using the Thai language in 2020. They have shown outstanding ability in acquiring fluency.
To honor their outstanding achievement, they will receive special Thai language classes in a group and private setting.
